Form 1099-B, 1099-S, and certain 1099-MISC are due to be issued to the recipient by February 15. This requirement is considered to have been met if paper forms are properly addressed and mailed on or before the due date, which means you may only receive some of these forms around late-February. You may, however, be able to download a copy from the issuer’s website.
